Order Cancellation / Refund Policy
Orders for the QB4RE System may be cancelled and full refund provided (less credit card processing fees) by providing a written request to email@example.com and only if it is received within four (4) hours of the original order placement. As we ship out orders within 24 hours of order placement, any requests placed after the four (4) hour period will be treated as a refund request - see below.
Orders for the QB4RE System (placed through this website only) may be refunded and full payment price returned (less credit card processing and shipping fees) by providing a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org and only if the system is returned in original condiion - unopened and in the original shipping packaging. Shipping back to QB4RE must be done through FedEx, USPS Priority Mail or UPS where tracking can be obtained and delivery proof obtained. No refunds will be approved once the item has been opened. Purchases of the QB4RE System made directly to the buyer at a live event or through other sources are not eligible for refund.
